You May think of doing the above is impossible. I almost thought that was impossible until I opened my mind a bit. I think we all love our pasta, bread, rice, and oatmeal. These are all grains. I would never expect someone to immediately go out to eat lots of cereal grains that there overnight. Let it be a journey. Spend less and less as the days go on.
